May passed away on the 25th June 2008 age 77. She started her life in Dublin, sister to Peter, Bernard, Jimmy, Josie, Evelyn, Peggy, Annie, Angela, Daisy and Kathleen. She married Jemmy and lived in Lower Gardiner Street . She had Marie, Jimmy, Joe and Michael and then came to Birmingham in 1963 and had two more children, Hanna And Christy. She lived at Bromwhich Walk for 38 years.
May was a fiercely loyal loving mother, daughter, wife and friend. Her home was an anchor for many people and she was that anchor. She was always respected by her neighbours, family and friends, and as you know respect only comes from trust. May was a very dignifed lady, who constantly worried that everyone she cared about was ok. She was a straight talker... never minced her words and would tell you something maybe you didn't want to hear or evan disagree with, whether you were looking for an opinion or not. She had peoples make up character to a tea, however brief the meeting. A very accurate Judge. Such a wise knowing independant lady. A tremendous unselfish women with a hugh heart and such a wonderful sense of humour.
Loved All and Was Loved By All.
